Returns Policy
At Blackpool Logos, every garment is embroidered or printed to order, making each item unique to your requirements. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items unless the product is faulty or we have made an error during production.
Before confirming your order, please carefully check all garment sizes, colours, quantities, names, wording and logo artwork. Once production has started, changes cannot be made and we cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or does not match your approved artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will investigate the issue promptly and, where appropriate, repair, replace or refund the affected item.
If you have ordered non-personalised garments that have not been embroidered or printed, these may be eligible for return, provided they are unused, in their original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our team before returning any items so we can provide the correct return instructions.
